As the founder of E'lorm I never thought I’d write this journal to share this powerful message with the world. Throughout my life, I have been gifted in so many ways, but writing was certainly not a skill that I would have added to my resume. However, we all have a story and I have found that mine is a good one to tell.
This Wisdom journal is dedicated to my mother Khadija, the mother of all Wisdom. Mama, I always dreamed of naming my child after you for all the suffering you suffered for me as a child. However since that dream is gradually fading, this Brand represents the strength of a woman that you showed in raising 5 of us on your own and the courage you endured to see all of us leave you by yourself in search of greener pastures, while you patiently waited for the return of the moon.
On the date I wrote this journal, the quote of the day was " The harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph" by Thomas Pain. I was charged to find something to celebrate...so cheers to doing something I never imagined in my wildest dreams.
In 2020, I began a movement to transform my life. At the age of 40, I felt stuck and disconnected from so many things that I once thought were very important to me, namely; love, family and career. None of these things no longer mattered to me as they once were.
I stumbled across 2 quotes that have become the pillars of my life and well being. The quotes were:

On the eve of my 41st birthday, I decided to free myself by closing the doors of what I once called a career in Real Estate Management to FIND MYSELF. Three things happened systematically for this change to occur:
* Sold one of my condos and remodeled my rental condo, which I now call home.
* Resigned from Real Estate Management industry.
* Returned home to Ghana after 15yrs to spend time with my mother and take a stock of where I grew up.
My wisdom journey began when I went back home to Ghana to visit. This journey gave me the opportunity to unmask and know myself.
I was reintroduced to pure and authentic love known as E'lorm in the ewe language of Ghana.
The love of oneself is the beginning of Wisdom. I realized the guidance I needed had been inside me all along. It was the spark of creativity that had stirred me since I was a young girl selling home-made popsicles to her classmates. I had a gift for creativity and entrepreneurship that I had kept tucked away far too long.
Where should we look within our lives to create a better tomorrow and more importantly When? Are there moments of success and originality from our past that we can learn from and adapt to clarify our present needs?
Self love teaches how we can all go back and reclaim our past so that we can move forward with knowledge of why and how we came to be who we are today.

The Past - is the well of knowledge and wisdom from which one can gradually derive the acumen of the Universe. Genuine wisdom is authenticated when you start from scratch. That is, to know thyself. Thy + self is the ultimate state of being. Breaking the shackles of mundanity, looking inwards to elevate our souls to the aesthetic magnitude of knowing. We’re global - multidirectional powerhouses of inner wisdom.
We’re the brand ambassadors of wisdom - of the Past - of Thyself. Inward looking is a promise for wisdom. A promise of E'lorm!
