Who should I contact for questions after I place my order

Please contact us directly for any questions after your order has been placed regarding shipping, tracking, and returns. Our Contact information can be located on your Order or Shipping Confirmation email, in your Order History online.

Can I change or Cancel my Order

Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

When will I be charged

When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for the order are available while your order prepares to ship. Once your order has shipped, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by your card's issuing bank.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns must be made directly to Elormempire. If your item is eligible for return, a pre-paid return label will be included in all packages and should be used to return your item. We do not offer exchanges at this time, however please return the item and place a new order for a different size or color. Be sure to read the Shipping and Return Policy located within the product’s details as the Return Policy.

When will I be refunded

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a Return Confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
